Designed to handle both ongoing openings and one-off searches, where payment is not required until a candidate starts.
This is typically the search we start with our clients, in order to showcase our ability in recruiting for your company before you need to commit monetarily.If a candidate is hired by the client, the fee would include a percentage of the candidates yearly salary with a free replacement time period to ensure they’re retained.

This is our most successful model for roles typically in the mid level skill group or if you’re unsure a replacement would be needed.
Instead of a percentage fee and replacement period upon the candidate start, we would setup payment dates instead.
For example, we would setup a payment period at day 1, 90 days, and 180 days of employment. Partial payments would be issued at each of those milestones of the candidates employment and future payments would be null/void if the candidate is no longer employed. -
This is a search best used for the situation of having an incognito search within your organization or if you’re looking for a discount if your team is already decided on using our services.
The fee structure is similar to our direct search option, but with discounted fee % with payment up front. The guarantee period would be from 60-180 days of candidate start date.If your team decides the role is no longer needed after the payment, we can roll that over to any other placements in your team at the time or in the future.
